On November 8, 2023, State secretary N.Ankhbayar received Ambassador of China, Shen Minjuan and exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation between Mongolia and China.

During the meeting, both sides expressed their satisfaction with the active flourishment of the Comprehensive strategic partnership between Mongolia and China in various areas in recent years, and exchanged views on implementing the consensus reached by the two heads of state and marking the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

In addition, State Secretary N.Ankhbayar expressed his willingness to work closely with the Ambassador to resume cooperation between the two foreign ministries which was suspended during the pandemic.

Ambassador Shen Minjuan, in turn, thanked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for its valuable support and close cooperation and stated that she will strive to elevate the Comprehensive strategic partnership between Mongolia and China to a new stage.
