Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs N.Oyundari received Ambassador of Socialist Republic of Vietnam Phan Dang Duong on March 3rd, 2015. During the meeting, officials discussed opportunities to strengthen the bilateral relations of the two countries, particularly enriching economic cooperation, enhancing trade and investment.
