President U.Khurelsukh and his spouse were formally received by President Vo Van Thuong and his spouse Phan Thi Thanh Tam in front of the Presidential Palace. The welcoming ceremony featured a parade by the State Honor Guard of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, accompanied by the national anthems of both countries.

Bouquets of flowers were presented to the Mongolian President and his spouse and secondary school students saluted with the national flags of both countries. Following the introduction of official representatives, the Heads of State observed a military honor parade.

After the welcoming ceremony, President U.Khurelsukh and President Vo Van Thuong proceeded to the meeting hall for official talks.
