The 19th Meeting of Joint Commission between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Russian Federation on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation was successfully held in Chita, Russia, 22-24 November.

The Mongolian and Russian side of the Commission was headed by L.Purevsuren, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and S.E.Donskoi, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, respectively. During the meeting, they exchanged views on deepening and developing the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries, enriching economic ties as well as cooperation in the fields of road and transportation, fuel and energy, mining, industry, construction, and agriculture. The two sides agreed on signing a Protocol on the Meeting and cooperating on the implementation of the Protocol.
