Mr.D.Davaasuren, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, met H.E. Mr. Zvi Heifetz, Israeli Ambassador to Mongolia, on the occasion of presenting his Letters of Credentials to H.E. Mr. Ts. Elbegdorj, President of Mongolia.

At the outset of the meeting, State Secretary D.Davaasuren expressed his satisfaction with active relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Israel and expressed his confidence that the relations will be further strengthened under Ambassador Heifetz’s tenure.

Ambassador Heifetz expressed his gratitude for the warm and friendly welcome by Mongolian side and conveyed his commitment to advance the bilateral relations between Mongolia and Israel utilizing all of his experience and competence.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on current state of the bilateral relations and opportunities to expand the cooperation.

State Secretary D.Davaasuren wished every working success to the Ambassador Heifetz and assured him of the full support by the Ministry.

Previously, Mr. Heifetz served as the Ambassador in the United Kingdom, Austria, and Russia.
