Mr. D. Davaasuren, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, met with H.E. Mrs. Jennifer Galt, Ambassador of the Untitled State of America to Mongolia.
State Secretary and Ambassador exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations, as well as opportunities for further cooperation. State Secretary highlighted that Mongolia has been attaching great importance to its relations with the United States, and emphasized the significance of active collaboration towards deepening the bilateral economic cooperation.
Parties also discussed the ideas on celebrating the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the USA, which will be next year.
While congratulating Mr.D.Davaasuren on his appointment as the State Secretary and wishing success, Ambassador Galt expressed her pleasure to work with a career diplomat, who used to deal with the issues of Mongolia and the United States relations and made own contribution towards strengthening the bilateral cooperation.
