President of Mongolia, Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj will pay an official visit to the Republic of Korea at the invitation of Park Geun-hye, President of the Republic of Korea, on 18-20 May 2016.

The two sides plan to exchange views on deepening and developing the comprehensive partnership, strengthening bilateral cooperation, conferring on bilateral and international issues of mutual concern, developing mutually beneficial and complimenting economic and trade cooperation and maintaining the frequency of high level visits.

During the visit, head of the states will have an official meeting and speaker of the National Assembly as well as mayor of Seoul city will pay a courtesy call on the President of Mongolia.

Accordingly, the President will have a meeting with Mongolians residing in the Republic of Korea and give lecture about “Foreign policy of Mongolia and Regional security aspects” to the audience of the National University of Foreign studies as well as give an interview on KBS World TV.
