At the invitation of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Vo Van Thuong, President of Mongolia, U.Khurelsukh, is on a State Visit to Vietnam from November 1-5, 2023. During the visit, on November 3, 2023, President U. Khurelsukh met with the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, Nguyen Phu Trong.

At the beginning of the meeting, President U. Khurelsukh congratulated General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, who has dedicated many years to the development of his country and holds the prestigious and responsible position of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee for the third time. President U.Khurelsukh wished General Secretary Trong success in his future endeavors.

President U.Khurelsukh, the Head of State of Mongolia, emphasized that thanks to the previous leaders of the two countries a solid foundation was laid. This foundation has withstood the test of time and continues to grow and strengthen. President U.Khurelsukh expressed readiness to foster Mongolia-Vietnam relations and cooperation and to deepen bilateral cooperation in the regional and international arena.
