The State visit of President U.Khurelsukh of Mongolia to the Republic of Uzbekistan is progressing successfully.
President U.Khurelsukh, his spouse L.Bolortsetseg, President Sh.Mirziyoyev and his spouse Z.Mirziyoyeva planted a commemorative tree at the “Alley of Honored Guests” of the Kuksaroy complex, symbolizing the friendship between the Mongolian and the Uzbek people.
With an aim to jointly contribute to global efforts to combat climate change and desertification, as well as to protect the environment, the Heads of State of the two countries agreed to implement the initiative of the President of Mongolia’s “Billion Trees” national movement in coordination with Uzbekistan’s “Green Space” project.
It is a tradition for foreign Heads of State and Governments visiting Uzbekistan to plant trees in the “Alley of Honored Guests” at the Kuksaroy Presidential Palace, also known as the Blue Palace, in the Republic of Uzbekistan
