Following the Cabinet meeting decision on July 29, 2020 to appoint N. Ankhbayar as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, the Deputy Head of the Cabinet Secretariat U. Byambasuren visited the Ministry and introduced the Government’s resolution. The Deputy Head of the Cabinet Secretariat congratulated N. Ankhbayar as he assumed his duties.

Foreign Minister N. Enkhtaivan, Deputy Foreign Minister B. Munkhjin and other Ministry officials who were present at the meeting congratulated and wished the newly appointed State Secretary every success.

State Secretary N. Ankhbayar graduated the Law School of the National University of Mongolia with degree in law in 2001. In 2004, he received his Master of Laws (LLM) from the Law School of the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. State Secretary N. Ankhbayar is a career diplomat with 17 years of experience of public and diplomatic service.
