April 26, 2022, Ulaanbaatar, Ms. Battsetseg Batmunkh, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received and met Mr. Jan Hoogmartens, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Mongolia.

Minister B.Battsetseg stressed the importance of expanding relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Belgium bilaterally as well as within the international community. Minister further emphasized that Mongolia strives to intensify the cooperation in fields of trade, economy, health, transport, agriculture and environmental protection with Belgium not only to effectively implement the National mid-term and long-term development programs and New Revival Policy, but also to overcome the global challenges.

Ambassador Jan Hoogmartens expressed his commitment to expand the bilateral relations, intensify the cooperation in health sector and to boost trade between Mongolia and Belgium.
