On 15 November 2023, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia B.Battsetseg received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia Kobayashi Hiroyuki upon the completion of his duties.
Ambassador Kobayashi Hiroyuki, who served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia, was praised by Minister B. Battsetseg for his active engagement and valuable contributions to the development of the “Special Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity” during his tenure in Mongolia.
Minister B. Battsetseg commended Ambassador Kobayashi Hiroyuki for effectively facilitating high-level visits between the two nations, fostering deeper cooperation on regional and international platforms, and aiding Mongolia in overcoming the “COVID-19” epidemic swiftly. The Minister emphasized the Ambassador’s significant contributions since his appointment to Mongolia in 2019. Furthermore, the Minister expressed her gratitude to the Government of Japan for the successful implementation of various projects and programs aimed at supporting Mongolia’s sustainable social and economic development.
During the meeting, Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg presented Ambassador Kobayashi Hiroyuki with the “Golden Gerege” from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a token of appreciation. The Minister extended heartfelt wishes for success in Ambassador Kobayashi Hiroyuki’s future endeavors.
