Mr. L.Purevsuren, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia held a press briefing today.

           He informed on the official visit of the President of Mongolia, Mr. Tsakhia Elbegdorj, to the Republic of Korea, took place on May 18-20, 2016.

Furthermore, the journalists have been informed about the participation of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Mr. Damba Gankhuyag, on the 72nd session of the UN’s ESCAP, held on May 17-18, 2016 in Bangkok, and political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Mongolia and Kingdom of Thailand, held on May 17^th 2016, in Bangkok.

The Foreign Minister also briefed on the visit of the Russian journalists to Mongolia, which was conducted in the framework of implementation of the programme “World Mongolians”, on 16-21 April 2016, and the international workshop “State rules in large resource projects”, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 15-18 May, 2016.

He also answered questions of journalists.
