Minister for Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg received Ambassador of Canada Sandra Choufani on 17 November 2023.
Foreign Minister B.Battsetseg underlined that Mongolia attaches great significance to the development of relations with its important “third neighbour” – Canada and noted that this year the two countries are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Minister B.Battsetseg having congratulated Ambassador S.Choufani with the presentation her Letter of Credence to H.E. Khurelsukh Ukhnaa President of Mongolia, wished success to her future endeavors and expressed her full support.
Ambassador Sandra Choufani expressed her commitment to work actively in further broadening and developing Mongolia and Canada relations, especially in the fields of agriculture and clean energy.
