H.E. ANDRZEJ DUDA, THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND, WILL PAY A STATE VISIT TO MONGOLIA

H.E. Andrzej Duda, The President of the Republic of Poland and his spouse Agata Kornhauser-Duda will pay a State visit to Mongolia on 24-26 April, 2023, at the invitation of the President of Mongolia H.E. Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh and his spouse L.Bolortsetseg.

During the visit, the President. Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh will hold official talks with the President H.E. Andrzej Duda on the bilateral relations and cooperation in wide range of areas as well as issues of international agenda.

Talks would be focused on collaborating with Poland in the implementation of the long term development policy “Vision-2050”, the mid-term policy “New Economic Recovery”, as well as President’s initiative and national campaigns as “Food supply and security” “Billion Trees”and “Mission-2100” scholarship program.

Furthermore, two sides will have discussion on strengthening the cooperation in sectors such as agriculture, light industry, infrastructure, education and culture.

During the State visit, the Agreement on International road and transport and cooperation between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Republic of Poland as well as relevant documents on cooperation in trade, investment, science, arhives, geology, veterinary sectors will be concluded.

H.E. Andrzej Duda was elected as President of the Republic of Poland in 2015 and is serving his second term in-office after the presidential election held in 2020.

Since 1990, the visit of President Bronislaw Komorowski to Mongolia held in 2013 was the last Presidential visit from Poland.
