Ms. Battsetseg Batmunkh, Minister of Foreign Affairs, paid a courtesy call to H.E. Ms. Nataša Pirc Musar, the President of the Republic of Slovenia, on 15 May 2023 during her visit to Slovenia.

Foreign Minister Ms.Battsetseg Batmunkh conveyed the greetings of the President of Mongolia, H.E. Mr. Ukhnaa Khurelsukh, and noted the significant importance Mongolia pays to the development of friendly relations with Slovenia.

The sides noted the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Slovenia and exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in the fields of politics, economy, trade, tourism and IT. Sides also emphasized the importance of supporting cooperation between businesses of the two countries and increasing the turnover and diversification of bilateral trade as President H.E. Ms.Nataša Pirc Musar confirmed to provide necessary means of support toward such endeavors.

President of Slovenia, H.E. Ms. Nataša Pirc Musar, expressed her satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations based on the common values of democracy, human rights and freedom as well as the expansion of international cooperation and mutual support.
