H.E. Ts.Munkh-Orgil, Minister for Foreign Affairs met with H.E.Mr. Akos Madari, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Mongolia at the State Palace on 3 October 2016.
During the meeting Foreign Minister Ts. Munkh-Orgil highlighted that Mongolia attaches great importance to the relations with Hungary, of which both countries enjoy historical links and traditionally friendly relations from the early times, and pointed out Mongolia’s aspiration to enrich the current relations by developing cooperation in different areas. Furthermore, Foreign Minister expressed his gratitude for availing opportunities for Mongolian students to obtain higher education in Hungary with the scholarships granted by the Government of Hungary.
Both parties emphasized the agricultural sector as a priority area of cooperation between the two countries, and while discussing potential joint projects, expressed their willingness to support each other.
