Foreign Minister Mr.Ts.Munkh-Orgil met with Danish Ambassador to Mongolia Mr.Carsten Damsgaard on September 7^th, 2017 and exchanged views on bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Damsgaard noted that the bilateral relations are developing in many sectors and underlined the upcoming 50^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Mongolia. Furthermore, Ambassador expressed Denmark’s interest to invest and share experience in the renewable energy sector.

Minister Munkh-Orgil noted that investment from Denmark has been increasing in recent years and requested assistance in preparing and organizing the “Mongolian Cultural Days” cultural events to be held in Nordic countries in 2018-2019 within the framework of celebrating the 50^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. He also reiterated his commitment to further broaden the bilateral cooperation in culture, energy and other areas of mutual interest.
