Minister of Foreign Affairs Mrs. Battsetseg Batmunkh received the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia Mr. Kim Jong Gu upon the completion of his duties in Mongolia.

Minister B.Battsetseg expressed her appreciation to the Ambassador for his valuable contribution to the expansion of economic, trade, and investment cooperation, including the initiation of the “Economic Partnership Agreement” negotiation, and his active role in strengthening the “Strategic Partnership” between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea during his tenure in Mongolia.

Ambassador Kim Jong Gu expressed his gratitude for the support of the Mongolian Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in all aspects during his tenure and emphasized that he will continue his efforts to strengthen relations and cooperation between the two countries in the future.

At the meeting, Minister B.Battsetseg presented Ambassador Kim Jong Gu the “Golden Gerege” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and wished him great success in his future endeavors.
