Deputy Foreign Minister G.Amartuvshin met with His Excellency Tsuge Yoshifumi, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, on 1 April 2024 in Tokyo.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister G.Amartuvshin noted that the relations between Mongolia and Japan, based on common democratic values, have deepened at the high level of “Special Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity”. He also highlighted the ongoing active dialogue and cooperation between the two Foreign Ministries, emphasizing the importance of further expanding the collaboration

The parties discussed strengthening “people-centered” relations between the two countries, promoting dialogues and mutual visits at all levels, as well as expanding mutually beneficial economic cooperation and reiterated the commitment to deepen cooperation for peace and prosperity in the regional and international arenas.
