On 16 August 2021, Ambassador A.Tumur handed over the Certificate of Cultural Envoy of Mongolia to Mrs. S.Khaliun, who has been recently appointed as a Cultural Envoy of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Thailand, and concluded the protocol of cooperation.

She previously organized cultural events in Thailand, and in the capacity of Cultural Envoy, she will further promote and broaden cultural relations between Mongolia in Thailand through sport and art. Newly appointed Cultural Envoy Mrs. S.Khaliun is currently working as a Vice President of Thailand’s well-known “MQDC” company.
