H.E. Mr. D.Tsogtbaatar, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, has hosted  reception at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 1st of February, as an inauguration of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Canada.

In his opening remarks, Minister D.Tsogtbaatar has highlighted Canada as a major investor, third neighbor and North American key partner of Mongolia, and the bilateral ties between the countries is actively developing under the Expanded Partnership level, including politics, defense and economic cooperation.

Within the margin of commemoration of the 45th anniversary, political and cultural activities are planned to be organized throughout the 2018, such as exchange of high level visits, display of photo exhibition of bilateral history and broadcast of TV programs on relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Canada.
