The “Asia expedition” exhibition by the Turkish photographers Cemal Gülas and Seçıl Ikız was opened on 2 October in Izmir, Turkey. The exhibition is a project from their trip to Mongolia in 2018 and it beautifully portrays the exquisite touch of nature and lifestyle of Mongolian nomads. Cemal Gülas has been travelling in many countries around the world, such as USA, Holland, New Zealand and Russia and has opened many exhibitions since 1988. The behind camera scenes of the Land of the Clouds documentary produced by Cemal Gülas has been broadcasted on CNN Turk in 10 episodes. İn 1998 he even reached to the North Pole. The exhibition was displayed with support of the Izmir Mayor office and the Embassy of Mongolia to Turkey and it will continue until 31 December.
