Ambassador Altangerel Bulgaa and Philadelphia Orchestra President Alisson Vulgamore signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Capital City of Mongolia and the Philadelphia Orchestra on March 3, 2016 at the Capitol.

            During the Signing ceremony Senator Robert Casey, Jr., Co-chair Congressional Mongolia Caucus, Congressman Joseph Pitts, Orchestra Consultant Ambassador Nicholas Platt gave remarks celebrating this historic event.

            The visit of the world renowned Philadelphia Orchestra to Mongolia in June of 2017 is critical in expanding the bilateral cultural relations and deepening people-to-people understanding.
