On June 13, 2023, Her Excellency U.Nyamkhuu, the Ambassador of Mongolia, officially presented her credentials to His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, accrediting her as the non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Principality of Monaco.
During the credential presentation, Ambassador U.Nyamkhuu conveyed the warm greetings of the President of Mongolia, H.E. Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, to His Serene Highness Prince Albert II, while also highlighting the successful cooperation between Mongolia and Monaco over the past 15 years in various areas such as education, health, protection of cultural heritage, archaeology, and humanitarian fields, noting that this fruitful collaboration has flourished since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and expressing her sincere desire to further enhance bilateral relations in other areas of mutual interest. In response, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II conveyed his greetings to President U.Khurelsukh and extended his best wishes for the success of Ambassador U.Nyamkhuu in her new role.
Following the ceremony, Ambassador U.Nyamkhuu held meetings with Mrs.Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, Government Counselor-Minister of External Relations and Cooperation of Monaco, Mr. Philippe Ortelli, Vice-President of the Economic Council of Monaco, and Mrs. Elena Rossoni-Notter, Director of the Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology of Monaco. During these meetings, Ambassador U.Nyamkhuu presented an overview of the Government of Mongolia’s policies and foreign relations, discussed upcoming events, and exchanged views on opportunities for further expanding relations and cooperation between the two countries.
