His Excellency Mr. Chintushig Zorigt, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with residence in Kuwait, presented his Letter of Credence to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of Saudi Arabia, on 5 March 2018. Ambassador Chintushig Zorigt conveyed greetings from His Excellency Mr. Battulga Khaltmaa, President of Mongolia, to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and confirmed the willingness of the Government of Mongolia for the development and broadening of the bilateral relations and cooperation with Saudi Arabia.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques noted that he will support to collaborate for the development of bilateral relations and wished success Ambassador Chintushig Zorigt in his endeavor. The presentation ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Musaid bin Mohammed Al Aiban, Minister of State and member of the Council of Ministers, H.E. Mr. Khaled bin Abdulrahman Al Issa, Minister of State, member of the Council of Ministers and Head of the Royal Diwan, H.E. Mr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and H.E. Mr. Khaled bin Saleh Al Abbad, Head of Royal Protocol.

Mongolia and Saudi Arabia established diplomatic relations on 12 February 2007.
