Ambassador of Mongolia to Canada, Yadmaa ARIUNBOLD paid a courtesy call on The Honourable George Furey, Speaker of the Senate of Canada on March 21, 2019.

Ambassador Ariunbold expressed his appreciation to the Speaker on receiving him and

briefed the current state of the Mongolia-Canada relations and cooperation and confirmed his interest to further expanding the partnership between the two countries. Also the Ambassador handed over to the former the Letter of gratitude from Gombojav ZANDANSHTAR, Chairman of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia.

By emphasizing Canada’s high importance on her ties with Mongolia, the Honourable Speaker expressed, in turn, his readiness to render his personal and Senate Office support to the Ambassador and the Embassy in carrying out their missions.
