H.E. Mr. Ganbold Dambajav, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. Mr. Mohammed Shahabuddin, Hon’ble President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh on February 1, 2024.

Ambassador Ganbold Dambajav conveyed heartfelt greetings from H.E. Mr. Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, Hon’ble President of Mongolia, and highlighted the potentials for strengthening the bilateral relations through collaboration among entrepreneurs from both countries. To advance this endeavor, Ambassador is aiming to finalize a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Chambers of Commerce and Industries of Mongolia and Bangladesh. Additionally, Ambassador Ganbold proposed an inter-Governmental Agreement aimed at waiving visa requirements for certain passport holders to promote closer ties between the peoples of Mongolia and Bangladesh.

President Mohammed Shahabuddin expressed his congratulations to Ambassador Ganbold and affirmed his readiness to advancing the relationship between the two countries.
