On November 13, 2023, Her Excellency Ulambayar Nyamkhuu presented her credentials to His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, Co-Prince of Andorra, accrediting her as a non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Principality of Andorra.

During the meeting, H.E U. Nyamkhuu conveyed the greetings of the President of Mongolia, H.E Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, to His Excellency Emmanuel Macron and the people of Andorra. Noting that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Principality of Andorra in 2011, both nations have actively collaborated within the framework of various multilateral mechanisms, thereby enhancing the bilateral relations, and fostering cooperation between Mongolia and Andorra. Ambassador U. Nyamkhuu expressed her commitment to exerting efforts towards furthering development in these relations.

His Excellency Emmanuel Macron conveyed his greetings to President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and wished Ambassador U. Nyamkhuu success in her work.
