Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Cuba Sh.Battsetseg met with Rector of the Havana University M.Garcia, on July 30th.
During the meeting, parties exchanged views and agreed for the further cooperation of participation Mongolian students in the Havana University biotechnology masters and doctoral program; organizing “Summer training – exchange student” program for students of economy faculty of the National University of Mongolia and the Havana University starting 2021; promoting Mongolian studies in Cuba and Spanish language teaching in Mongolia; “Six decades of friendship” lecture by Her Excellency Ph.D. Sh.Battsetseg, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Cuba for student of the Havana University in commemoration of the 60 anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Cuba.
Havana University that established in 1728 is currently listed among the top 500 Universities of the World, and in average 60 thousand student each year graduate its bachelor’s, master’s and doctor programs majoring in 25 profession. The University has 16 faculties and 14 research centers.
