We express our concern over the situation in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar that may halt the democratization process with the declaration of the state of emergency on 1 February 2021.

Mongolia has been continuously supporting the democratization process in Myanmar and remains hopeful that democratic political system would be restored as soon as possible.
